FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT AND PAY YOUR BILL
When you click on the “Pay Here” link below it will take you to a new page.
1) On the bottom of the page click on the blue “Enable Portal” tab
2) Add your NEW account number shown on your last bill. (It’s not the one you used to have). There are 4 numbers, a dash, then 2 numbers (####-##)
3) Put in your email address
4) Create a password and confirm it
You’ll only need to do this process once. After the portal is enabled you can sign in with only your account number and password.
You’ll see the page to pay your bill. You can use the tabs at the top of this page to see; recent billing history, change your password, contact information, and send a message if you have a question about your bill.
